UBE (full form) this is the 2^nd generation endoscopy that involves 2 separate incisions for the passage of endoscope and working instruments. This gives the surgeon a wide spectrum of lumbar and cervical pathologies to be covered under benefits of endoscopy vision.

These pathologies include canal stenosis slip disc, sciatica, and even spondylolisthesis.

Future implications of this technique would cover fractures infections, and collaborating with spine robotic systems.
